What winter commuting does to Plano cars

An automated wash pushes reclaimed water and spinning brushes across an already-gritty surface. That is how swirl marks and fine scratches accumulate over a winter of quick washes. It removes the loose layer and leaves the bonded layer behind.
Our exterior detail is deliberately the opposite order of operations: pre-rinse, foam bath, hand wash using the two-bucket method, then clay bar decontamination to lift what is actually bonded, then a plush microfiber dry.
Sealing before the next round of miles
Once the paint is genuinely clean, ceramic spray sealant gives up to six months of hydrophobic protection. On a winter commuter that means water and road film sheet off instead of clinging, so the grime you pick up between details is far easier to remove.
Winter is also the right time for interior attention, since wet shoes and floor mats push moisture and salt-grit into carpet. Our interior deep clean uses steam extraction on carpets and upholstery, and stain and spill extraction is available as an add-on.
